If you have applied to be part of the Carnival this year, you will shortly be receiving a Risk Assessment Form for completion.
Please help us by documenting what you are planning to do and what you are taking into consideration to ensure the safety of your group and the general public, particularly children.
This form is designed to be as straight forward as possible and to focus attention on any health & safety issues that may occur and your plan to deal with them.
